I was born and raised in the rolling hills of the Palouse...

I carry the values of hard work and community in my DNA. After graduating from Colton High School, and while attending the University of Portland I traveled the US and world, only to return with a renewed appreciation for the magic this community offers—and a strong drive to build my life right here.

My foundation is built on both life experience and formal education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Portland, and I’ve successfully applied that knowledge to every chapter of my life.

My expertise is not just theoretical; it's battle-tested. I'm a single mom, I have navigated divorce, and am successfully rebuilding my life by applying a sharp business mindset to every challenge.

I became a homeowner at 21, immediately began the powerful strategy of house hacking, and have since built, dismantled and am rebuilding a portfolio that includes long-term and short-term rental properties and other businesses. This unique blend of real estate, business ownership, and financial strategy is what I bring to the table for every client.

Today, I live life to the fullest on my family farm, surrounded by the beautiful chaos of horses, chickens, pigs, goats, and other special creatures like Oakley, the mini aussie and Max the playful house cat. This life reinforces my commitment to getting things done efficiently and with genuine care.

As a mom to two involved girls, you will often find me cheering them on at sporting events or supporting them at their animal shows. This commitment to their goals is the same energy I bring to yours.
